SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Once the purchase is made, you will receive an email confirming your order. From that moment the order will be launched. The delivery time will be 24-48 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping costs will be discounted on orders over € 40 (euros).
In orders less than 40 € (euros) the shipping costs will be 4.50 € (euros).
At the moment we do not deliver in the Balearic and Canary Islands.
Conditions : Maximum weight 20 kg. Maximum length of the package 120 cm.
ABSENCE OF THE CUSTOMER IN THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT
If at the time of delivery of the order the customer is absent from the indicated address, our carriers make a second delivery attempt. In the event that the customer is absent again, our carrier will contact you to make an appointment and deliver the order with the greatest satisfaction.

All products purchased at www.creaunhuerto.com may be returned and refunded through this form . You just have to fill in the previous form with the requested data, and then send the product / products to our facilities with the following withdrawal form that you can send us.

1. Right of withdrawal:
Spanish legislation includes a 14-day trial period in which the user can return a product for not meeting their expectations. In CREA UN HUERTO we go a step further and we extend this period to 30 days .
You can make a return to CREA UN HUERTO in different ways. The first option is that you specify in the form that a courier pick it up at the address you indicate. Another option available isthat you send us the package using the messaging system of your choice.
The customer must bear the return shipping costs , this amount is € 4.50 for national shipments, except the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. In the event that the customer sends the product by their own means, this amount will not be charged.
To proceed with the withdrawal of an order, it is essential that they comply with the conditions regulated by Law 3/2014 of March 27, article 71 of trade regulation which indicates that the product has to be returned < / span> under the same conditions as arrived and not have been used (as long as it does not go beyond mere verification of the good condition and operation of the same). In case of not keeping the original packaging reserves the right that the good may suffer some depreciation.
Once the package has arrived at our facilities, we will check the status of the product and within a period of between 2-10 days we will confirm the return by e-mail and proceed to the refund in the same form of payment.
DELIVERY ERROR OR QUALITY PROBLEMS IN THE PRODUCT
In the case of a defective product, the return will not have any associated cost, in addition CREA UN HUERTO will take care of the collection and replacement for a product of the same or superior characteristics if it is not in stock. If the customer wishes to cancel the order and not be substituted by another, CREA UN HUERTO will pay him 100% of the amount of his purchase, including postage on delivery, if applied.
In both cases, the consumer must wait for the approval of the return operation, by www.creaunhuerto.com, this will take a period of no more than 10 days from the receipt of the product, the pertinent revisions quality and condition of the product as well as its containers and packaging object of the volution.
Returns of orders will be paid in the same form of payment. Orders paid through cash on delivery will be paid by bank transfer to an account number that will be requested from the customer once the package has arrived at the store.
There is no online exchange option as such. If you are not satisfied with your order and want to exchange it for another model, you must make a return and the subsequent new purchase.
